First Post of Layout Progress (Updated 12/28)
Posted by #722 on Sunday, December 7, 2008 9:20 PM

This is the first time I've shared my layout on here, so I just wanted to see what you guys thought:

The Layout

Early morning passenger stop

Pride of the fleet

Mid-day shopping

Evening

Deep woods

I know that there are not a lot of pics of the trains yet, but only certain parts of the layout are done, so I have to work with what I've got.

Looks like you have made a lot of progress in a short period of time.  From the dates on the pictures you started in 12/05 and the detailed pictures were taken in 08.  Do you have an overall shot that shows the entire layout the way it is today?

 Good Job.

I don't have an overall shot yet, as I am in college and haven't been home since August.

But look for one soon.

Great job, your layout is much further along than mine is, I'm just starting to get some track down. I look forward to the over all photo of the layout now that it is more detailed.

I was about to type the same thing! I love that "deep woods" scene. Jamie

Here's a few more pictures of my layout, this time with an up-to-date overall view

I still have a long way to go until my layout looks anything like some of yours, but I'm pretty satisfied with the way things are looking now
