Hey everyone. I just wanted to chime in on behalf of everyone here who might have an order pending with Andy. I just got a phone call from him about 10 minutes ago because I had emailed him last night asking about my own order which I hadn't yet received.
I knew things would take longer than usual because I placed my order probably about a week prior to the NTS, in the midst of them developing a whole score of new products. In the meantime, they had also been updating and upgrading current products that they offer.
Anyway, what it comes down to is that Andy has finally gotten all of his CNC machines back up and running, trying to automate as much as possible. The biggest upgrade is with his 3-way-planed points. To use his Ultimate Throwbar, you originally had to drill a hole into the point on the inside web of the rail. Now, he has programmed the CNC machines to pre-drill these holes for everyone. He has already done the Code 83 and Code 70 stuff, and is now doing the Code 55 stuff (which I ordered) this week.
So thats that. I'm not sure how many other people here even use his stuff besides myself and Wedudler, but just in case you do, I just wanted to get you guys an update because Andy's email isn't working, so any messages to him won't be responded to. He's a one-man operation for the most part doing incredibly innovative work for our hobby. You should do what you can to support this line of products, as doing so helps not one but two lesser-known companies: his Proto87 Stores and Central Valley, because Andy uses the CV tie-strips with his products.

oh, I definitely don't work for Andy either, haha.
