I use structolite a lot and believe it or not, never measure. I just toss half a dozen trowels full into the mixing tub (old dishpan), add some water, mix and keep adding water until the consistancy is proper. If it gets too wet just sprinkle on some more material. It's very forgiving.

If I had to guess probably 3 parts product to 1 part water. You can tint with latex paint too. I use paint brush cleaning water. It saves the water from the drain and changes the color a bit. Color is not really that important since the stuff takes paint so well and if chipped it's brown not stark white.

Play! Have fun and good luck.

I use Gypsolite...not sure how close they are...but it depends on the application your using...usually 2 cups product to 1 cup water for brush on consistancy....or I add another cup of product and 1\4 cup white glue for a "spackle" consistancy....it made some neat roads...

Purchased a 50lb. bag of Structo-lite and the formula for mixing is for complete bag. What is the best mixture, 1:1 2:1 or whatever.

Will wait for answer before starting-
