 This is a 1930s Gas station by Evergreen Hill Design and many misc details.

very nice ! lots of detail , and you didn't go overboard with the weathering

if i may add a small piece of constructive critisism ... you could have improved it slightly by using smaller "dirt" and by varying the color .

Nice job! 

May I suggest that you use smaller "gravel" and have it a white/grey/black color, but I'm just picking nits here.  My Father worked at one like this with the outside lift when he was a teen in southern Illinois (Anna).  Having the gravel meant oil spills pretty much disappeared after a while and also meant you never had to sweep it too.

I've completed most all of the structures on my layout - except for a 1950s service station (so I can show off the cars).  As a "Mobil" man, I've got two kits (cornerstone & JL Innovative Design) and will do one of them.  My problem is deciding which one to go with, but I think you have given me a bit of inspiration to get it going.
