I was looking to replace these wth better looking (and painted) handrails, but I have never done anything like this. I know smokey valley makes hand rails, but I'm not sure how to even install them. The size and position of the mounting holes may not be the same on your shell. I have done projects like this where filling the hole was needed only to redrill to accept the better rails.
Smokey Valley will work and they are fantastic.
