0.2 more? Unless you are playing with a "Trillion" dollar computer I do not see were this would cause you any concern what so ever. At 0.2 volts over the spices there would be nothing to worry about. I'll bet if you check the spices sheet the margin of error on the voltage will let this fall into the acceptable range for your system.

I received a new NCE DCC outfit last Christmas from my family. 

I am wondering how tolerable this system is to a power supply.  I have a new MRC 220.  It does put out .2V more then the DCC system calls for.  Is this going to be a problem?
