Yes, the wires where bent into that shape and hold the very well. If you are working nearby, it is easy to bend them a little. They can easily be formed correctly if that happens.

If you ever fall over in public, pick yourself up and say “sorry it’s been a while since I inhabited a body.” And just walk away.

Here is a photo. The lights came in a pkg of ten I believe and the reflector is added. Both are from Miniatronics.

It is a Miniatronics number. I am sure Walther's would have the number.

I hooked one up to a AA battery And it looks good

I'm going to use the buss wire idea

Thanks to both of you for the ideas

Thanks !

I've heard of other people doing this and it may end up being what i do

The roof will be removable to view the inside since i went to the trouble of doing all the interior framing

Thanks Rich

Is the code# 72-315-03  a Walthers part number

or a Miniatronics #

Lighting ideas

I would like to put lights in my engine house

Ok here's my crazy idea for lighting You can see from the photo they installed an old loco boiler in the engine house to supply steam heat for both the engine house and other yard structures They ran a pipe 8 foot above ground supported by old sections of rail stuck in the ground every 20 feet like fence posts they cut a notch in the top of the rail and just laid the pipe in the notch

I was thinking of making a boiler out of the top of my super glue bottle and using it as a light trap for some fiber optic cable

Paint the cable black to look like water pipe and run it through the rafters   one problem I can see with this is getting the cable to bend almost 90 degrees and still function

  What's your thoughts ?
