In my experience thos eitems have always been one ofg the more expensive items to purchase.  You might try buying a building kit or kits on Ebay that have a lot of them and throw the rest away.

What scale?  Without knowing this, it's impossible to suggest sources.

Look for Grandt line products or Tichy Train group. They got tons of windows doors Etc.
In Lewiston Idaho, where they filmed Breakheart pass.

Tichy doors and windows are nice.  They're good, clean plastic castings.

I'm sure some of the online suppliers would have discounts on them, too.  I bought some packages of doors and windows at the Springfield show a while back, so watch the shows in your area and you may be able to pick some up.

The Walters monthly sales flyers sometimes have door and window casting assortments listed near the back of the booklet, so start watching for those.

Tichy Train Group, as already mentioned, has at least two different assortments of HO scale window and door castings available.  One, their number 8134, is a 130 piece window and door assortment priced at $28, but available at some on-line places for less.

The Scratch Building section and Super Detailing Parts section of the 2008 Walthers catalog have windows and doors from several manufacturers.  I get the Walthers catalog number and then order through a hobby shop or on-line.

If you have lots of patience and a steady hand, you could try this:
