Peco Nscale Turntable?

 The Peco turntable your on about (i THINK ) comes as a kit and is british outline i think about a 57' er it can be motorised and comes with instructions on how to do it. the 1 I had worked very well  so good luck

I have a very small place on my Nscale DCC layout for a turntable.  I see Peco makes a smaller turntable that would work nicely with my shorter locos.  Can anyone tell me about the Nscale Peco turntable? Does it work ok?  Can it be motorized?  Is it easy to install?
