If it is a P2K HO E6, then a Digitrax DH163L0. Just plug it in, and program the address.

I don't think Atlas ever made an E6. P2K did. So I guess the first question is do you mean some other Atlas model or do you mean the E6 by someone else? Most of the P2K stuff has drop in decoders that replace the printed circuit boards quickly and easily.
