Bar Mills Structure Sizes

I have unsuccessfully looked around to find the base dimensions of a couple of Bar Mills structures and can't seem to find them.

Waterfront Willey's

Saulena's Tavern

 I am trying to lay them into my track plan to see if they will fit. Any help out there? Bar Mills doesn't seem to respond to email requests.

Thanks, I actually found a photograph of Willey's laid out by pieces on a cutting mat in a photo so I have made some rough dimensions for the model and then I found an O-scale size on a vendor page and scaled it down to HO.

But actual dim's are always preferred!

 

Hope their open house went well! They have some great products.
