Do you have the manual for the SB3? There is a diagram on page 3 that illustrates very clearly how to make the connections....substitute your MF615 for their P515 in the diagram. The output from the MF615 appear to go to the left 2 posts labeled "Power" on the SB3. The SB3 then supplies power to the track from the 2 posts labeled "Track". The track power is your main bus and can be divided into breaker districts with the PS4 and insulated track joiners. From each breaker you run power to the section of rail covered by that breaker. I hope this helps...

Don't know if I am having a brain freeze, but I am trying to figure how to hook up/wire with the MF615 to SB3, PS4 and the Powercab.. think I am missing something in the hook up...
