MIXING EURO & US EQUIPMENT ON THE SAME LAY-OUT

I have European and US equipment but no layout..I only run at my local model rr club, here in England. I wouldn't dream of mixing them ( my Euro is WWII era German, so they would only end up fighting each other, anyway!) However, the point to this is I have recently purchased a Marklin F7 A-B-A set, no 3349 Electro-Motive demonstrator livery, which I would like to operate with my other US equipment, but I need to change the couplings. The model doesn't have a NEM box. Has anyone fitted Kadees to an early Marklin F7? <br />I have contacted Kadee, but they haven't seen one so can't really help. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thankyou
