Prototypically, you should be approaching the city council to get the taxpayers to pony up the costs of your new N scale stadium. Play your cards right and the taxpayers pay , but you still own it and can sell it at a huge profit. <br /> <br />Won't mention any names but we all know of one guy who did it.
