Hi Jimmy, In HO, I am going with the old standby - cork over 1/2 ply on a 1x4 frame with 16" centres. For O27, you may wi***o go with something more substantial. Whatever you do, try to engineer your solution, rather than overbuild it... especially if it is something you might like to move at some point! Andrew
