Any one know where i can get new rivets for the throw bars on shinohara switches thanks, gondola1988.

 Good luck with that one, the only place I can think of would be Walthers but I don't believe parts like that are available but it's worth a try.

Just my 2 cents worth, I spent the rest on trains. If you choked a Smurf what color would he turn?

i made my own out of some small diameter soft brass tubing and peened the ends with a center punch.  actually the tubing i used was somewhat larger than the original rivet so i had to drill the holes out a little first.

I'm curious as to why you need new rivets.  Will you explain?  It will be of interest of users and potential users of Shinohara/Walthers turnouts.  Thanks.

Im using dcc and these are not dcc friendly switches so I have to take the jumper that is soldered to the frog out under the cross bar so hence I have to remove the rivet to do so so I can power route them to my own system
