U25-B replacement parts
Posted by Gobbler on Wednesday, July 4, 2007 8:37 PM
I "acquired" a used Aristo-Craft U25-B recently and it needs some work.  Many screws and all truck springs terribly rusty.  AC wants $3.98 ea. for the springs and there are 16 of these babys.   Anyone have a suggestion of a better place to purchase replacement parts?

I'm pretty sure that price is for a bag of 50 springs. Ridge Road Station has them listed for $2.64.

50 per bag???   That would be great, Brian.  I went to Ridge Road Station and could not find them listed there.  Searched for ART29114 and spring but not found.  Can you give a link to someone who may be about blindBig Smile [:D].     Thanks.   Wm.

Many thanks, Robert.  That site is hard to navigate... for me, at least.    Wm.

It is. I just entered the part number without the prefix.

Aristocraft also sells part #29403 "Screw Assortment" you might want to order. I have 9 of the U25-B's so if you have any questions just ask. Maybe I can answer them.

Thanks for that info, rpc.  Will do 'cause all the screws in that unit are rusty.
