Looking for supplier in SoCal

Try KRC Rock in San Marcos (Escondido?) they have a product I love.  "Sonoma", it is crusher fines with a bonding agent pre mixed.  Designed for use as a "self repairing" driveway/ walkway.  If a chuck breaks off, stomp on it until it is crushed, pack it back into where it broke from, wet it down and just like new.  I use this stuff for ballast and it stays put.  When I want to move a section of track I just shake the stuff out of the ties, crush it up again, spread it out in the new location, wet it down, it adheres again.

Update....

Did go with the flagstone and the 1/2" square stock for the piers. Tried using the diluted concrete bonding agent, as used for ballast, to secure the rubble inside the piers. Didn't work very well, mite have to change the dilution ratio. So far, so good.

I have decided to change my plans and forget about the trestle. Instead I'm going to cantilever some flagstone over that area so it will have somewhat of a dry wash appearance. I did pickup a composite balister at Lowes, not the Trex but the other brand they carry. I'm going to try to rip it down to 1/2 " square stock to make some cribbing for rubble filled piers across the wash. 

Try it, fix it, do it...

Having said what I did, after making some flower trellises for SWMBO, went to my local store to get some more (for trains this time) and found out it had gone "S.O."  Guess I'm going to have to find some other place that carries it.  I'm one of those guys who "when I decide I need to get some, I want it NOW, not next week."

The Escondido store has it as a "Special Order" item only, I guess that would also be a good excuse to stop by "Tuesday Morning" and see if they have anything new to use with my "O" scale stuff as well.

Try Lowes, I got some the other day from the Oceanside store, Hy76. Go to your local store and try the customer service counter to have them see which stores carry it.

I have been looking all over the San Diego area, unsuccessfully, for some HDPE plastic lumber to use in making a curved trestle. Anybody know of any sources in the SoCal area ? I found some manufacturers on the east coast that will ship but I need so little I'm hoping to find one closer to home and hopefully a little more cost effective.
