Strip wood
Posted by CDise on Friday, May 4, 2007 12:06 PM

Where is a good place to buy cedar\redwood  strip wood?

As of yet, I haven't purchased a saw to cut my own.

 Thanks

smith pond junction - http://spjrr.com/lumber.html

large scale train supply - http://largescaletrainsupply.com/lumber.htm

garden texture - http://www.gardentexture.com/sbs.htm

I have made purchases from the first two with good service. I have heard nothing but good about the third.

Hi CDise

Another possibility for strip wood is a model boat supplier

I always buy from www.ozarkminiatures.com. They have every type of Cedar and Redwood cut to scale demensions, all at a resonable price and priority shipping.
