Shame,
I wish it wasn't a Pennsy prototype. Not that I don't like the Pennsy, its just I'm rather sick of the belpaire fireboxes and all things Pennsy right now. I don't know why, but I just am.
When I saw the GR ad in the last issue I thought it was a model of the locomotive in the pictures and I was quite excited. Ah well.

Nick! :)
Yep, it was promised by LGBoA after the German side went t**ts up, should be something along soon. I hope that LGBoA will be able to supply world wide, I've quite gotten back into their products.

There was alot of talk about it online awhile ago, but all the current bruhaha in Nurmberg I think LGBoA has bigger things to be focused on than this newbie engine. I doubt we'll hear anything new until the bankruptcy of the germie side is cleared up.
PS its perportitly a Pennsy protoype, close to 1/29 scale and uses the Mogul block. Its also supposedly the sole propriety of LGBoA, just like the Genesis, and as such would be immune from any patent suits that might or might not fall out of the Germie insolvency case.
I suspect that the next place it might likely show itself will be at the next Big Train Show in June. Will see.
Have fun with your trains
Has anyone heard anything further concerning LGB's production of the 0-6-0 which they announced some time ago?
