The head is gray, hands don't work , back is weak, legs give out, eyes are gone, money go's and my wife still love's Me.
The rail height of the AristoCraft stainless steel track I have is 0.338 inches.
I get mixed readings of .293 to .304 on the crossties themselves.
Hope this helps answer your question.
Oh. I thought you asked for the distance from the tie to the top of the rail. Let's see... I don't have a caliper here, but it looks mighty close to 7/16.
Alas. Nobody's going to tell you it's .332 inches.
You ask a simple question
So can anyone mesure the toral track hight for me, in decimal form please, should be the same as brass.
Thank you
You perhaps ought to check out the walk on sections offered by Split Jaw. I looked at them at ECLSTS and thought about how nice they would work in to either a wood/trex deck or cast into a concrete walkway.
They would also be perfect for crossing a driveway! I wouldn't be afraid to have an oil truck drive over them if properly supported in the drive.
Costly, yes; but I think worth it as they appear vastly superior to any other product I've seen for that use!
I have a ton of it in Reno but I'm housebound in Ca. I need the top of rail to top of tie and the tie thickness. so I can plan on a walk on track section.
Thanks, Dave
