Those of you who get the magazine will see an article on retaining walls by a young author. He is in eighth grade and is an active hobbyist. We've put together a short article on what he's done:

Send him on over, he can do the retaining walls for my twisted layout!
I've never seen those retainer blocks here, all we get are the pie shaped ones.
Have fun with your trains

You seem to be a board moderator or some sort of important person. I got a survey from GR last night/night before re the April issue. I'm a new subscriber and haven't received the magazine, yet. I answered the survey based on my other two issues I'd bought at a train show, and told them so, plus the above. Should I be patient or should I bug 'em?

Hi there,
I too was impressed with what I saw and read. It was hilarious to see those kids working away. The caption under the photo called them "workers"...awesome....more kids need this kind of inspiration. I believe the next generation of GRR's can bring a whole new look to modeling in the great outdoors. Maybe this will inspire more to spend less time on the computer, and more time pursuing our awesome hobby. Later eh...Brian.
And it's nice to meet you here.
Dog-gonnit Jason, I told you above,
I've got a ton of pavers that need setting and they aint gonna set themselves!
So get to work!!!
