Availability of frogs

Are frogs available for points?   I'm trying to make a no6 and having all sorts of problems with the frog area.   So I thought I would cheat and see if there is anyone that sells frogs for no6 points.   Am using code 332 brass.

Not sure about code 332, but I wonder if you could adapt one of Llagas Creek's code 250 frog castings? Figure the flange depth would be the same, so all you'd have to do is shim the frog up .082" to match the height of your rail. Can't imagine that would be outlandishly impossible--certainly no more difficult than making the frogs.

You may also inquire with Parker and Co. or Old Pullman, as they make custom code 332 switches. I don't recall if they use a frog casting, but they may be willing to sell parts.

Thank you.   Anything would be better than what I am doing at the moment.   I can't see why it couldn't be raised.   Llagas creek I know about but havn't heard of the others down here.   I guess a google search.

You might also check out Sunset Valley Railroad. I bought some nice #6 frogs for code 250 rail from them a couple years ago.
