Larry,

I'll say it again, I've gotten into the habit now of going to your listing whenever I need to find a resource related to GR, it's very important to me. So thank you for your efforts. And if you do get tired of doing it someday maybe you could pass it on to one of the other forum members for a while.

This is a good point Rene.I have used this thread extensively. If the various replies could be edited out, leaving the information core,it will be very useful to existing and new members.Thankyou Old Dad for your work on this .It has been very useful.

I'm glad you find this FYI thread usefull, I enjoy finding new links and posting them here. As far as preserving it for all time...... Rene or someone at her end will have to take care of that, I have no control. Maybe if enough people e-mail Rene she can make it a "sticky".

Someday I will most likely grow tired of doing this and then the thread will slip farther and farther back into the pages of this forum. One way to keep it near the front pages is to post a reply when ever it gets too far back, that will bring it back to the front page.

Gentlemen and Rene.

I think something should be done with this item, it has beena round for months and is an evergreen, I have got a lot of good stuff out of it, how can we save it for all time and keeping it easy to access.

Ian,
It's great that the Jig-Stones are working out so well. I hope others have also found something useful in this collection of links.

Larry, I have actually picked up a link fron this article and it is working for me. I have bought in a few jigstone moulds and am having some success and have produced some great things which I have listed elsewhere.

I have a few complaints though, nothing that can't be overcome easily though.

Regards

Hi Larry,

Just wanted to say hello and thank you again for taking the time to keep this list updated. I'm sure most of us have now gotten into the habit of using it on a daily basis.

So, I have thought to place the images up on my web page in order 1-?.
Write down your #s you have and keep track so you know you have them all.
I will try and get the largest image I can with 4 a day on the site.
Look under CD at http://santafetx.tripod.com/

I checked them out and there cool...not sure there worth $24.95 maybe like 15.95. But just my thought.

Blue,

YES, please let us ALL know how you like the Clip Art CD as I am sure many of us would want one of our own. The price of $24.95 seems very reasonable considering all the info it holds.

OLD DAD
What would I find on a CD like this? I take it there would be logos and the likes you can print. Sounds interesting! [tup] Later eh...Brian. [8D]

Brian,
Click on the link in Blue's posting above to find out more. You can print this stuff out on some of that sticky back vinyl I gave you.
Larry

Larry I have finally done it; I have ordered a Jigstone kit no "5" and SM 4 lets hope i can use them properly.

You know i have been waiting for a dividen cheque (check) to come in from Melbourne 2000 Km away and it should have been in my hands at the end of April, only got it yesterday how slack.

So I am slightly, very slightly flush with funds on a very temporary basis.

I picked up Jigstones from your links and am about to order a few moulds and I think they will suit me for my viaduct. Thanks

Hi Ian; haven't checked this thread for a few days...sorry.
No; I have never used jigstone but from what I know it should work although placing all the individual "stones" may take some time.

Larry

I had a look at Jigstone, it it just what i want i think but I'm a bit unsure how to proceed, have you used them? I want to build a viaduct 13' long with 16 arches, what do you think ! will it be suitable?

Brian You may feel unlucky that your basement flooded but I am worse off I do not even have a basement. Few people do here in the tropics and those that do, only have them for one reason, to store hundreds of bottles of wine and I do not have those either .

I do have 9' ceilings and ceiling fans though.

OLD DAD,
Just took a look at your layout pics. Very impressive! Great use of space. The rock castings are exellent. A friend and I are heading to the MWLSTS towards the end of May. If it would be all right with you I would love to stop and say Hello. We will be going right through on our way. Let me know what you think. Later eh...Brian.
