You may want to look at Grandt Line's windows. There's nothing there as large as what you'd need (I'm assuming you want to do the shop windows). There are 3 x 6 pane windows there that match the windows used in many of the EBT's depots.

I would like to do some modelling of EBT.
My biggest hangup at this point is windows.
I need an industrial size approx 4' x 8' - 3 paines by 6 paines,
also some 4' by 4' 3 by 3.
Any recommendations as to where I should look, or what I should try?
