Cab forward - progress
Posted by kimbrit on Saturday, January 13, 2007 9:03 AM

After what seems a lifetime I have picked up on the cab forward again. I have just taken delivery of an Aristo mike tender, vintage '95 according to the accompanying paperwork, the sound was taken out - absolute rubbish - and I have had to change the wheels for Bachmann ones because of a dead short on one of them - a bit of filing needed! The coal load has gone so it's an oil tank and a non working reversing light has been added and an air tank has been added to keep the pressure up on the oil. A couple of inches under 3' long, looking good - I think - and comments are welcome.

Cheers, Kim
