There's one that advertises in every issue of Garden Railways magazine called Riding Railkits.  Their web site is http://www.ridingrailkits.com and they are in Ontario, Canada.

ADULT TRAIN RIDE
Posted by Anonymous on Wednesday, January 10, 2007 4:50 PM
I am trying to find a train that an adult can ride.. I seen the trackless trains. I would like to put a tract around my 778 acres and be able to ride the train through it. It would be nice if it was strong enough to pull a few friends around. If any of you know of a website or anything that may be of help please feel free to email me at rockyburch@yahoo.com or my cell is 251-362-6657
