Interesting we do not cal this activity jumping rope in this part of the world, we call it skipping.

In the picture, back behind the sign, notice the two girls jumproping.  They are part of a three girl set.  If this is what you are refering to, they are made by Lemax.   Google for their website and availability.  I bought this set at Sears during the holidays about three years ago.

I used to have a g scale set of 3 little girls jumping rope, but my 6YO ran off with them. Does anybody have any idea who made them?
