Hi Vic

If I classified it as mine would that work??Big Smile [:D]Whistling [:-^]Mischief [:-,]

I don't quite know what to call it but it must have a prototype somewhere. its far to interesting not to have one.

I think you might have to be a bit extravagant  and get some nice brass name plates etched for it

THING perhapsMischief [:-,]

regards John

Have to say I like it a lot tho from some angles it looks like an 1900s steam driven portalooo - maybe its the pitched roof, It does have a lot of charm  and the  boiler /tank arrangement works well. Would say its an inside cylinder 0-2-2 tender tank engine . Bound to be a prototype somewhere  - there always is.

Classify this little beasty of a lokie

I have a Minicraft plastic model of Stephenson's Rocket that I blew up for parts, saw a line drawing in a recent Gazette of a cool 30" gauge Santa Cruz & Felton RR 0-4-0 (the one that used the boiler from a threshing machine).

Have these cool drives from HLW, found they fit the HLW minicars but needed to be poked thru the top, but

A little work and....

Now combine the line drawing, with my Rocket boiler, and a scratch cab...

Hmmmm. Interesting looking little beasty!Tongue [:P]

PS theres a whole mess of those self adheasive tire weights stuck inside the boiler and firebox and the motor is stiffed in the boiler. I added the sidetanks to hid where the boiler is cut to make room for the motor. Lots of details to add still, then paint and some weathering...

More pics when I'm finished....Big Smile [:D]
