The problem with foreign sites is that other countries don't have the same norms and values as we do.  What is not acceptable to us may be perfectly normal and not raise an eyebrow at all overseas.  It is the world we live in, that's all.

I am not that good of a German speaker, I can read and write several languages with a good deal of effort, but the spoken word really eludes me.  All languages (except English) follow rules and patterns, so it is a matter of attaching vocabulary words to the language structure.  I was school trained in Latin, so any of the romance languages (Italian, Romanian, Spanish, etc) are a simple matter of taking the Latin roots and growing branches on them.  French is not considered a romance language in my opinion; it is little more than badly mispronounced provincial vulgate Latin. 

 My German grammar was probably not the best and I’m sure somebody out there will find errors in it, but I think the point came across.
