I am not a garden railroader - I don't have the time or patience.   A house in my neighborhood looks like it has a pretty elaborate garden railroad in the back yard. The house sold several months back & it appears that the new owner has no interest. The railroad looks like it has had no attention in 18 months or so - outdoors in the Denver area. I don't know the quality of the items or condition.   I am interested in the market for this stuff. If I were to approach the present owner & ask if they were willing to part with the stuff, how is the demand for track, buildings, etc? Would it be worth my time to uninstall it, clean it & put it up for sale (Ebay, etc)?
