Sandy,
Any tool such as a Dremel will work.
I use a metal cutting bit to add the texture, it cuts better and deeper then a brush.

Take care,

If more information is needed in the instructions let me know. I think the pictures of the finished bumpers should show enough to complete the bumpers.
If you find any bugs in the page please let me know.

Yogi, by 'hand power tool' do you mean a Dremel tool? Perhaps with a wire wheel mounted in it? If not, what did you use to add the texture before you burned off the fuzzies?

Excellent, Yogi. Another project in the to-do basket.

That looks easy to build!  Thanks for the idea.  I'll add it to my collection of track bumper designs.  (Most mine (all mine on my Ntrak module) have been built out of making a pyramid from 3 pieces of rail.)

I'm glad I've met some Aussies who aren't all that quick to take offense at meaningless things; they were rather intelligent also!     Surely allows me to take some with a grain of salt!

What do you mean by page mate. I have two lighted bumbers and they have saved me a lot of heartache.
