Well the theme for my railroads expansion is an after 2 month UP-SP merger.
so some locos will be UP and some will be SP
question is
what about in between????
does anyone knoe of any UP Loco patches that i could order
or i could probably just make them....
ideas???

There might not be any...  UP may not have been so quick to repaint the SP acquisitions, especially because of the meltdown they had shortly after the merger.  (Also for reasons of lawsuits they have "heritage" schemes now.)

From what I have observed on the UP's Sunset Route through Arizona, the only thing that was done to the SP, Cotton Belt and Rio Grande engines was to renumber them -- they still have not been repainted and probably won't be.  A single white line has been drawn through the Southern Pacific or other road name on the side of the engine, and the new numbers have been stenciled on the side of the cab right under the window, preceded with the letters UP; such as UP 2345.  That's still the only thing that has changed after all this time.

well not 2 months but ya know the starting stages
like a UP patch that u would see on a Sp GP40
