I am still using the 19 dollar ones I buy on the internet.  They send out a pretty good picture and decent sound, especially with a little voltage reducer to cut down track power so I dont have to keep putting batteries in them.  They are small enough to put in the cab of an F unit and shoot out the front windshield giving the engineer's view.  A wire attached to the antenna and extended along the top of the locomotive helps the range, too.  Pretty fun and it amazes the little kids, who then want to wave at the train every time around.  Are you looking for something more professional?  I can't imagine cheaper than this rig.
