Here’s a website I found in a home machinist magazine. It looks like they carry brass channel near the size you mentioned and they accept small orders.

I need a channel for my bridge project. It should be somewhere around 6 x 6 mm in size. It doesn't matter if it's styrene, ABS or metal.
