Yesterday I visted the B.A.D. (Becky and Dave's) Great Northern Railroad. I helped the guys out a little bit with the 15" gauge ralroad, then when we were finished, I worked on the G scale railroad on his back deck. Then I picked up a ton of free track. Dave and Becky are some of the nicest people you will ever meet.
You can view photos below.....
Loading a straight section of track onto the flatcar.
Easy does it Dave!
Phew! Made it!
Now to puch it to the end of the line.
Now we scoot it off the flat car.
Now just flip it over, bolt it, level it, and ballast it and we are done!
A shot of the G scale layout on the back deck I hooked back up for Dave. His LGB 0-4-0 and train running around.
Here is a video of the G scale.....

The track I recieved. All LGB. Most of it needs new joiners, but I could care less, it was free!
7 sections of 5 foot straights and 2 electric switches.
A box full of 8 foot curves and 2 foot straights. Some 4 footers in there too.
Overall, it was a very good day!
