Superman Returns...Lex Luthor has the BEST LS train layout...
Posted by vsmith on Thursday, June 29, 2006 9:41 AM
..I have ever seen IN A MOVIE![;)]

Went to see Superman Returns last night, Kevin Spacey has what has to be the best model train layouts I've ever seen in a movie![:D]

Its purely a prop, but its large scale, O and G scales, and it freakin' HUGE, complete with model Zeppelins circling overhead[:0]

I saw LGB, Aristo, and USA trains in G, MTH, Lionel in O sure was other stuff but I was too busy drooling to notice. [:p]

I say its definelty a prop, more like a stunt prop because what happens to it...Oh the Humanity[}:)]

...no spoilers here, but it would make Gomez Addams blush[:I]

Well, that still won't convince me to go to the movies! Might see it when I can do so for freebies here at home if the mood strikes me at the time, but Hollywood can go broke for all I care; seems to me that most of those folk are morally corrupt anyhow!

found some pics, for those going, try to count the different manufacturers before and while Luthor is going Gomez on it[:p]

Apparently it goes from HO at the rear to to O in the middle to G at the front, using a forced perspective to make this huge layout look even bigger!
