Currently, you can't display pictures from other sites in your posts. You can provide links to the other website or a link to the picture in your post.

To do that, right click on the image and select "Properties". A window will popup with information about the image. Copy the Address (URL) and paste it in your message.

Example using the Garden Railways Logo:
http://www.trains.com/images/navigation/gr_logo1.gif
