I suspect you'll have to do some kitbashing involving a suitably-sized R/C car and an LGB starter set Unimog to build one of these things. You'll also need rail guide wheels and possibly a linkage to make them raise/lower if you want to make the change from road to rail mode remote controlled. With the mini-servos available these days it should be possible to have a fully functional hirail, it will take considerable kitbashing however!

Hi Everyone.
I have seen around pictures of a Unimog Hirail in G scale, but cannot seem to find links or information as to who may be the maker of them.
Does anyone out there have one?
Are they reasonable quality?
Where are they made?
Thanks
