Large tubes of M.G. are available at Home Depot, Lowes, etc.

CAUTION!!!!:

Open tubes of M.G. do NOT store very well. If you open a large tube on a Saturday morning to work on your projects for the weekend, if you do not use it ALL up, by next weekend you will find that the unused tube will have started hardening and its holding power will be diminished. It is best to use a tube size that you will consume in a two or three day period.

SC,

You could use a substitute instead, such as caulking made for exterior usage. There are many types of caulking available at HD/Lowe's. Just ensure it adhere's to whatever you're using; e.g., wood, metal, etc. and read the drying times, etc on the label.
