I'm looking for info on track spacing for 8 foot diameter curves. I am planning on putting a double track elevated line in my family room. The longest cars that I have are USA's double stack container cars and I'm planning on buying an Aristo Dash-9 when they are available. Any info would be appreciated.

The old rule was to allow 88mm for each track. That is, the track path from edge to edge is 88mm. This allows a distance of 43mm between tracks.
Having this much space indoors is a luxury, but outdoors, it's a little easier.
As witth all rules of thumb, set up a short section of your maximum curve and run your longest overhang rolling stock -note long OVERHANG,not just longest - over the track from opposing directions. If they don't touch, your thumb is good!
