Good Service

From time to time folks post here and on MLS complaints about merchants that they have dealt with. Well, I've had some good service and a plug for the Hartland Locomotive Works seems in order. On Tuesday I called their parts operation in Omaha and ordered two pantagraphs and two trolley poles. The items arrived in today's mail in good condition. Three day service from Nebraska to Maryland strikes me as pretty prompt. This is the second time I've dealt with Phil Jensen who runs the parts operation and I have been extremely pleased both times.
