I haven't read anything else lately Ben. Last I had seen was that he was working on getting a laptop so he could at least read the boards. So hopefully he's gotten one and can read everyone's well wishes [:)]

GET WELL STEVE!

On MLS one of the members visited him in the recovery hospital and said he was doing as well as can be and with luck should be able to get back to where he was before this last stroke, lets hope for the best for Steve aka TrainMe.

   Have fun with your trains

This posted on MLS forum:
"Hey folks,
I got a call from Kathy (Steve's wife) last night. She wanted me to let y'all know that Steve is doing much better in the Rehab hospital She told me that Steve is now able to get out of bed and transfer to his wheelchair by himself. In fact he is now able to do most things he used to do all by himself too On the down side, the nerologist had told them that Steve had several small strokes, not just one small one But yet, all of these events are "healable" Kathy also told me that if Steve was able to prove to the therepist that he can do the normal things he'd need to do at home, and if he can do this next week, then he will get to go home on Wednesday So let's all hope and keep praying that he will be able to do this and gets to go home next week Rocky"
