Cover price on GR dropping?

Hi everyone,
Being a subscriber I don't usually pay attention to the cover price. While flipping through some back issues this morning my lightning fast mind caught this. [;)] February 2005 is $6.95 US and $9.50 Canadian eh. April 2005 is $5.95 US and $7.95 Canadian. Bonus! Circulation must be growing. RENE??? Either way I'm glad to see the price come down instead of up. More money people can use elsewhere in their RR. Later eh...Brian. [8D]

Brian,
The February 2005 issue was a special Jumbo issue with an extra 14 pages of editorial features. While our regular subscribers do not have to pay extra to receive this bonus material, we do charge an additional dollar (U.S.) to anyone purchasing the single copy. That is why the cover price appeared to go down between the February and April issues. If you look back at the December 2004 issue, you'll notice that it was priced the same as April.
Hope that answers your question!

Hi Liz,
Yeah I figured that one out after my post. [D)] Oh well. Still I'll take the saving I received with my subscription. The way the Can / US dollar is looking these days shopping for trains south of the border is looking good! Maybe magazine prices will follow??? Later eh...Brian. [:D]
