Southern Pacific Loco filmed in Disney's Golden Dream Movie

Does anyone know anything about the locomotive filmed in Disney's Golden Dreams movie; the one they show in the California Adventure Theme Park.

Specifically I'd like to know where it runs, and whether there is a Garden Railway version of this locomotive.
