Sound Boards for "G" Scale

Does any body out there in garden railroad lane knoe of a company called Stealth Labs that makes a three function sound board. I hear they have one for less than $30.00 ?????????????????

A search with Google turns up two Stealth Labs -- one makes security devices, such as cameras, batteries, etc., and the other makes audio equipment (CD ROM drives, DVD recorders, etc.) None I could find make anything for model railroads.
