Meeting and watching people: In my book, that's one of the best things about train shows!

Sorry guys, but I won't be going to this show.[V] But Marc Horovitz will be going on GR's behalf--so look for him there! The next show I'm scheduled for is the National Garden Railway Convention in Chicago area.

Vic,

Not too sure that I will. With the budget being tight, usually just one GR person goes to any one show. Not sure who's going to the BTS this year--will have to ask about that.

Keep your eyes on the lookout for this mug on Saturday of the ECLSTS around noon, give or take. I'm looking forward to saying hello to those of you I haven't met yet in person.

Chestnut226, this bring some intresting thoughts to my mind,

Should I get A T-Shirt that say Carpenter Matt on the front or back? For people to recognize me? Of course this could backfire and I might not meet anybody if I wore that on a shirt[:D]

The week prior is spring break at my daughter's schools and we're heading off to Florida. Maybe I can talk the wife into making a side trip to York on the way home to Michigan. It's only 250 miles out of the way?

Since we do not live that far away from York we will be going at least one day...probably Friday as it is easier to find a puppy sitter on a week day. Since I am a newbie I will come with a million questions[8D]
