Ben,
I haven't heard this complaint before. Our covers have a slick type of coating, so I can understand how that could happen. I'll check into this. Anyone else have this problem?

Ben,
I have emailed both our production and customer service departments. Production tells me that we use what are called "resealable labels." These are labels that can easily be removed from the cover--with little damage to the magazine. Unfortunately, humidity and/or mailing can sometimes cause them to loosen.

Both departments assured me that, overall, there have been few complaints on labels coming off. If you ever have a problem or comment, please don't hesitate to email customerservice@kalmbach.com. We appreciate comments or concerns, in case it does happen to be part of a larger problem or trend.
