I don't think GRW (or Kalmbach in general) allows file uploading to their servers, you have to store the video file elsewhere and post a link to it (or use embedding code, if possible). Your best option is having your own domain and storing all your files there, or you can use a third party site (e.g. Vimeo, I don't recommend Youtube or any other "free" product).
