The surveys you're referring to were bound into every so many copies, so not everyone will receive one. They were randomly inserted, so please don't feel discounted because you didn't get one.

I understand that a survey was included in the current issue....WELL, it wasn't included in my copy. [:(] I would like to get a copy of it ...if it isn't too much trouble.
